The only problem was that it did not work for the case that protects my phone to use as a charger from my iPhone. Depending on your phone case and the size, it will not charge or connect to your iPhone or cell phone to charge on the charging dock.

This charger works well. It is not, however, a fast charger. My old Samsung fast charger would charge my phone from 50% to 100% in about 2 hours. This one will do the same in about 4.5 hours. It works very well, other than that. I would likely buy it again.

This wireless charger works very well with my Galaxy S20 phone. It works as a nighttime clock, holding the phone in a close to vertical position, on a small table by my bed. The reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because it’s power indicator light is so bright it lights up my entire bedroom — you could almost us it as a reading light! A small strip of duct tape fixes this reasonably well.

I purchased this item more than a year ago. If you are not careful this charger will drain your phone battery. I have had to double and triple check that the cell phone was placed fully connected to the charger, so it would not drain the battery. When it does charge it is not as fast as my other Qi charger.

Worked fine until a few weeks ago. Base appears to have a short and keeps losing charge (light goes out). Tried a different cord but it didn’t help. It’s def the base and not the cord because I tested the cord with another brand’s charger base and it worked fine. Lasted only 9 months. Unless the seller sends a replacement, I say save your money and find another brand. I will update my review if they replace this broken charger.

I got this to keep on my desk at work, the problem is, each time I use it, I have to take my phone case off or else it will not work.

Loved the design and it worked perfectly for 8 weeks. Now it just blinks constantly and doesn’t charge either of my phones, even after resetting as suggested in some of the reviews. Sadly it’s outside of the Amazon review period so it’s destined for the bin versus returning. Piece of junk. This appears to be a common problem from subsequent research.
