Absolutely will not charge any of my phones with a case. My phones will charge on all my other chargers i have. I wanted. Charger for the kitchen. It will not charge my phone. I took my phone to my other chargers I have and the phone charge just fine. I took the case off now the charger will charge my phone. I am not taking my case off every time I need to charge my phone when all the other charge is my house will find charge my phones just fine!

This product is great. It’s so much nicer just to put a phone on the charger as opposed to plugging it in works great.

I really enjoy this product. One of the kinks actually becomes pretty handy once you get used to it. Every so often, the product does not show that it is charging, and the light does not show. However, it is a great way to ensure that the device is in fact sitting right. Would purchase again.

Except for having to unplug and plug in regularly it’s an excellent charger. still when I take off at night it may not reconnect after I put back onto, so kind gotta be watchful but it’s a real fast charger so it’ll still be full by wake up. the lights not noticed at all during he night.
Mine didn’t work after while,I requested replacement from company & according to USPS website it had the wrong address so I haven’t gotten it. Finally got responses from comp. & they said they’d send another, it’s been almost a month I just want refund so I can find another charger or buy something else

Great charger. It charges fast. I am using it with Samsung s23. The only issue I have it , the phone gets hot. That’s all. May be all wireless chargers get hot.
